Damien Tansey, Partner, specialises in the complex and emotionally charged area of medical negligence litigation / medical malpractice litigation* and personal injury claims. He has been involved in some of the largest compensation awards* granted by the High Court in favour of the victims of medical misadventure. He has experience of medical litigation of all types, in particular cases involving childbirth/birth injury, cerebral palsy, brain injury, orthopaedic/surgical and delays in diagnosis.
