Niamh O’Herlihy, Associate, specialises in all forms of Litigation, to include Medical Negligence / Medical Malpractice*, Personal Injury Claims* (Road Traffic Accidents, Workplace Accidents, and related injuries), Family Law, and Employment Law.
Niamh has represented clients in Medical Negligence and Personal Injuries cases, including Cerebral Palsy cases, accidents at work, slip and falls and catastrophic injuries cases.
Niamh advises clients on all aspects of family law including Separation Agreements, Judicial Separation and Divorce.
Niamh has represented clients in the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court covering unfair dismissal, equality law, and in the areas of redundancy, and bullying & harassment in the workplace.
She has represented clients at all Court levels in the District Court, Circuit Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
Niamh is a co-author of ‘Powers of Attorney: A Statutory Annotation’ published by Round Hall (2016).
Niamh joined Damien Tansey Solicitors LLP in 2021 and is based in our Dublin office.
