Eimer McKenna has over 29 years of experience in litigation – acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants. She has represented Irish and international insurers and local government and has particular expertise in personal injury, public liability, product liability, and professional indemnity claims.
Earlier in her career, Eimer acted in a number of significant constitutional, defamation, and employment law cases, including precedent-setting matters before the Supreme Court. She has also advised trade unions and their members on employment and personal injury issues.
